Ricoh SP 200S - Basic Operation for Sending a Fax

1. Press the [ ] key.

2. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [Fax Features], and then press the [OK] key.
3. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [TX Settings], and then press the [OK] key.
4. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [Immediate TX], and then press the [OK] key.
5. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [Off], [On], or [Next Fax Only], and then press the [OK]
key.
For Memory Transmission, select [Off].
For Immediate Transmission, select [On] or [Next Fax Only].
6. Press the [ ] key to return to the initial screen.
Basic Operation for Sending a Fax
1. Press the [ ] key.

2. Place the original on the exposure glass or in the ADF.
3. Enter the fax number using the number keys.
If the machine is connected to a telephone network through a PBX, be sure to enter the outside line
access number specified in [PBX Access Number] before the fax number.
