2 INSTALLATION
2.1 Unpacking the product
RTC-80 boilers are delivered in two separate packs.
The rst contains:
− the boiler body inside a protective bag (A);
− ue cleaning brush (B);
− ceramic insulation (C) (within combustion chamber);
− berglass braid (20x15) (D) (within combustion chamber);
− documentation envelope (E) containing:
instruction manual
Copy of H-2 Form
data label and warning label (to be applied to the
casing upon completion of the installation)
water treatment instructions

The second contains:
− the boiler casing complete with installation accessories,
protected by cardboard packing and a wooden crate.

NOTE: The instruction manual is an integral part of the appli-
ance; therefore, it should be read and stored carefully.

replacement documents must be ordered from Riello S.p.A.
