THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID AND AVAILABLE IN AND ONLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS

BEEN PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER IN AND FOR USE WITHIN THE FIFTY (50)

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND PUERTO RICO AND CANADA.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear on some components, including, but not

limited to the chain-drive, belt-drive, brakes, grips, shifting cables, tires, and saddle.

This warranty does not cover paint, decal and ﬁnish.

This warranty does not cover damage to the product or damage caused to other equipment

if caused in whole or in part by:

• Improper use or handling.

• Accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.

• Modiﬁcation of the E-Bike

• Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible

with the E-Bike as sold.

• Improper assembly.

• Failure to properly maintain the E-Bike.

• Failure to have the E-Bike serviced at the intervals set forth in this manual.

This warranty does in general not cover labor charges if any covered parts or components need

to be replaced. RIESE & MUELLER reserves the right of refunding labor costs individually at its

own discretion.

This warranty is void in its entirety in case of any modiﬁcation or alteration of the frame, fork or

any of the components of the E-Bike unless such modiﬁcation has been approved in advance in

writing by the manufacturer (RIESE & MUELLER).

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship during the respective warranty periods

speciﬁed above, from the date of purchase of the product, the manufacturer will, at the manu-

facturer’s sole discretion, repair or replace the product and/or any defective parts, components

or accessories on the terms and conditions and with the limitations and exclusions as set forth

below.

If there are problems with the product and/or any of its components or accessories, contact your

authorized dealer. All warranty claims must be processed through an authorized dealer. Proof of

purchase (copy of the invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
