Chapter 5 Compatible Agilent Commands
In Agilent commands , all the command parameters and the return values are ASCII
characters. Before using it, please send the command CMDSET firstly, that is send
CMDSET□AGILENT. The system can‘t identify capitalization and lower case, and
support the shortening of key words. (The commands are abbreviated in the form of
capitalization so as to be viewed more conveniently. The compatible commands must
follow syntax strictly. For example, unwanted characters are not allowed in command
trees; command trees and parameters can be separated only by a space, unwanted
characters can not exist behind parameters, or a beep will be generated to alarm for a
execution error.
