1. CONFigure?
Command Format:
CONFigure?
Function:
The command queries the current configuration of instrument.
Return Format:
The query returns the character string of instrument configuration. And it consist
of three parts: <function>, <resolution>, <range>. For example: VOLT:DC
0.200000 1000.000000.
<function> may be ―VOLT:DC‖, ―VOLT:AC‖, ―CURR:DC‖, ―CURR:AC‖, ―RES‖, ―FRES‖,
―CAP‖, ―CONT‖, ―DIODE‖, ―FREQ‖, ―PER‖.
2. CONFigure:CAPacitance
Command Format:
CONFigure:CAPacitance□
[{<range>|AUTO|MIN|MAX|DEF} [,{<resolution>|MIN|MAX|DEF}]]
Function:
The command resets the capacitance parameters and trigger parameters as
defaults, and sets capacitance measuring function.
Parameters:
Explanations:
<range> may be 2 nF (MIN), 20 nF, 200 nF, 2 μF, 20 μF, 200 μF, 10000 μF (MAX),
AUTO (autorange) (unit is F). MAX = 0.01, MIN = 0.000 000 002, DEF=0.000
002.
<resolution> (unit is F); in default setting, the rate is medium.
