Function:
The command sets or queries the enable state of DHCP (Dynamic Host
Configuration Protocol).
Explanations:
SYSTem:COMMunicate:LAN:DHCP{ON|OFF}: Enable or disable DHCP.
SYSTem:COMMunicate:LAN:DHCP?: Query the enable state of DHCP.
If DHCP is ON, the multimeter will try to obtain an IP address from DHCP. If a
DHCP is found, it will assign a dynamic IP address, Subnet Mask, and Default
Gateway to the instrument.
When DHCP is OFF, the multimeter will use the static IP address, Subnet Mask,
and Default Gateway during power-on.
Return Format:
The query returns the enable state of DHCP.
