To Disassemble the Main Board

1. To Disassemble the Main Board of MSO1000Z-S/DS1000Z-S

Part Explanations:

① 9 screws (torx pan head screw assembly M3*6) fixing the main board and

front metal plate (the positions of some of the screws are not marked out in

the figure above and please remove them according to their actual

positions).

② 1 screw (multi-station screw #MSM 3*11.0*6.0) fixing the main board and

front metal plate.

③ 1 screw (multi-station screw #MSM 3*5.0*6.0) fixing the signal source

board.

④ 1 screw (torx pan head screw #FM3*4) fixing the shield cover.

⑤ 1 screw (torx pan head screw assembly M3*6) fixing the signal source

output board.

Disassemble Steps:

(1) Remove the 4 nuts and washers at the BNC ports on the front metal plate

using the BNC socket.

(2) Remove the screw (⑤) fixing the signal source output board using the

screwdriver (T10), and take off the signal source output board gently.

(3) Remove the screw (④) fixing the shield cover using the screwdriver (T10),
