Troubleshooting
Issue Possible Solution
No working
1. Disconnected/ no power supply
2. No electrical power supply
3. Product is power off
1. Connect the product to main power supply
2. Check there’s a 220-240V~,50/60Hz signal with
another product (such us hairdryer)
3. Push the power button (on/off side control)
Low water flow or pressure
1. Clogged filter
2. Twisted hose
3. Nozzle cap is stuck
1. Clean water filter (page 9)
2. Straighten the hose
3. Clean nozzle cap (page 9)
Washing feature does not work
or fails to spray
User not properly seated Adjust your sitting position
Product shuts off during use
1. Washing time exceeded 5 minutes

1. Visual inspection of the product to confirm if any
water leaking.
2. Unplug and wait for 20s and connect again the
product to power supply.
Temperature function middle led is
blinking
Water temperature over specification
due to water flow reduction.
1. Set temperature setting at OFF and activate
clean function or nozzle clean function and
gradually set again the temperature for self
learning.
2. Unplug and wait for 20s and connect again the
product to power supply.
Power led blinking Dryer sensor error signal.
Unplug and wait for 20s and connect again the
product to power supply
