The gate does not
open or close.

Encoder malfunction. Press TEST button. Replace the encoder if the pro-
blem persists.

foreign matter, disconnect from mains power and
clean the board and the encoder. Replace the enco-
der if the problem persists.

Check that the motor turns without impediment.
