Pulse wave is selected.
This parameter determines the depth of the vibrato
effect when it is controlled by aftertouch. 0 to 15
are valid for this parameter.
This sets the maximum effect of the Pitch Bender
caused by moving the Pitch Bender/Modulaion
lever. 0 to 12 are valid for this parameter, and 1 is
semi-tone, therefore, 12 is an octave.
