E
Beat
(1~[number
of
beats
per
bar])
This
is
where
you
specify
the
beat
position.
The
number
of
selectable
beats
obviously
depends
on
the
time
signature
of
the
selected
pattern.
E
CPT
This
is
where
you
specify
the
CPT
position
of
the
beginning
and
end.
Unless
you
do
not
need
to
edit
all
the
selected
data
within
the
last
bar,
you
should
keep
the
default
setting.
Note
that
the
Micro
mode
allows
you
to
edit
the
data
on
an
event
basis,
which
is
more
precise
because
there
you
see
the
events
to
be
edited,
which
is
not
the
case
here.
If
you
only
wish
to
edit
one
event
(or
message),
you
should
definitely
do
so
in
the
Microscope
mode
(see
page
70).
