Receiving + 10~37 are for Dual Play, while 38~45 are for the Split mode.
When the RD-100 receives a Program Change number, + 3, and 46~128 will be ignored.
the corresponding tone will be selected as shown in the
following list. When the Transmit Mode 2 is selected, the
Program Change that corresponds to the Tone will also
be transmitted.
