When you’ve finished practicing
Press the [OK] button to return to the Coach mode
menu screen.
Select a course and make settings
1. From the WARM UPS start screen, press the [MENU]
button so it’s lit.

parameter.
3. Turn the [-/+] dial to edit the value.
4. Press the [MENU] button to return to the WARM
UPS start screen.
