4.4.2 Checklist for recommissioning
Checklist for recommissioning
1. Is the boiler properly assembled according to a permitted assembly variant and without visible damage? Yes
2. Combustion air supply secured? Yes
3. Sufficient ventilation and venting of the heating room secured in ambient-air -independent operation? Yes
4. Does the mains connection comply with regulations? Yes
5. Mains voltage 230 Volt, 50 Hz? Yes
6. LAS flue gas conduit connected correctly and leakproof? Yes
7. Condensate discharge line correctly connected, filled with water and leakproof? Yes
8. For sanitation: Has the heat distribution network been rinsed? Is a dirt filter built into the heating return flow? Yes
9. Is a membrane expansion tank mounted according to regulations and in the required size? Yes
10. Is the safety valve connected to a free discharge? Yes
11. Is the system water pressure in the green range? Yes
12. Are boilers and heating systems vented? Yes
13. In case of systems with a hot water storage tank: Is the storage container filled? Yes
14. Are all sensors connected and correctly positioned? Yes
15. Is the mixer group and the mixer circuit sensor (optional) correctly connected to the circuit board? Yes
16. Is the room temperature controller (optional) correctly connected to the circuit board? Yes
17. Is the gas connection installed according to regulations, professionally and correctly? Yes
18. Is the gas line properly vented and leakproof? Yes
19. Does the gas type and gas inlet pressure correspond to the values featured on the burner sticker? Yes
Put the system into operation again only if the answer to all the questions has been "Yes"!
