3.4 Reasonably foreseeable misuse
"Reasonably foreseeable misuse" refers to use of the Folding system
in a manner not intended in the Instruction manual, but that can result
from easily foreseeable human behavior.
Reasonably foreseeable misuse:
- Personnel may use media that differ from those specified in the
"Intended use" section.
- The media used may not have the required properties (e.g.,
insufficient acclimation).
- Incorrect operating parameters can be set.
- Entries from the control area could result in conflicts with those
on the Folding system.
- Employees can manipulate safety guards
- Employees can remove separating safety guards and operate
the Folding system and its components.
- Unauthorized personnel can perform repair / maintenance
activities.
- Employees do not use original ROWE parts for repair /
maintenance activities.
- Personnel can combine the Folding system with unsuitable
third-party devices.
The items here are only a few examples of reasonably foreseeable
misuse, and are not intended to represent a complete list. This list is
based on the manufacturer's experience.
