Bolt Torque Information
1. Tighten bolts to torques shown in the chart unless
otherwise specied.
2. Bolts having locknuts with cadmium or wax nish
should be tightened to approximatley 50% of
amounts shown on charts.
3. Locknuts should be Grade C.
4. Over tightening bolts can cause as much damage
as under tightening. Tightening a bolt beyond the
recommended range can reduce its shock load
capacity.
5. Check and retighten all bolts, nuts, and set screws:
a) After initial 10 hours of use,
b) And again after every 50 hours of use.
TIRE INFLATION PRESSURES
1. Proper tire ination is important for safe and ecient
operation of the Ultimate Rake.
2. The recommended tire ination pressures are listed
in A-6.
