USER
User of the machine. He/She is not allowed to service nor to clean the machine.
REFILLING PERSONNEL
Personnel in charge of refilling the products of the machine. He/She is not allowed to service nor do any
maintenance operation.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Specialized personnel in charge of the maintenance of the machine and, in some cases, of direct technical
assistance. Only specialized technicians should have the safety disabling key ref. 23 (Fig. 0) which deactiva-
tes the safety system.

2 - PRELIMINARY INFORMATION ON THE MACHINE
2.1 General description
The purpose of this machine is the automatic vending and dispensing of espresso and other hot beverages. The machine
can dispense ten different kinds of beverages using freshly ground coffee beans or soluble products.
NOTE: The vended beverages are meant to be consumed immediately after being dispensed and should
not be preserved and/or packaged. The products used should be suitable for vending. The
beverages should be dispensed only in open containers (i.e. cups).
3 - TRANSPORT AND HANDLING
3.1 General precautions
NOTE: Before reading this paragraph, you should read carefully the instructions contained in Paragraph
1.1 “General safety precautions”, so that you are aware of the safety conditions required prior to
operating this machine.
3.2 Packaging
The machine is delivered on and fastened with self-tapping screws to a
wooden platform ref. 1 (Fig. 3). The packaging comprises a plastic cover
and corner
guards ref. 2 (Fig. 3), which protect the edges of the machine. Strapping
ref. 3 (Fig. 3) keeps the machine rigid during transport.
3.3 Transport and handling of packaged machine
Use a forklift truck to lift and transport the machine while still on the pla-
tform (Fig. 3). Keep the machine in an upright position at all times.
WARNING: Before lifting the machine, make sure
that the maximum carrying capacity of the forklift
is suited to the packaged machine weight.
