theheadratherthantheneck.Beforedriving,adjust
andensurethattheheadrestraintsoffrontandrear
seatsareinlockedposition(thislockedposition
isthesafeuseposition).Donotadjustthehead
restraintwhilethevehicleisrunning.
TypeI
Pulltheheadrestraintupwardtoadjustittothedesiredposition.
Toremovetheheadrestraintafterliftingittothehighestposition,
pressthebuttonindicatedbythearrow.
Pressthebuttonindicatedbythearrowtopushtheheadrestraint
downwardtothedesiredposition.
TypeII
Pressthebuttonindicatedbythearrowtopushtheheadrestraint
downwardorpullitupward,soastoadjusttheheadrestraintto
thedesiredposition.
Theheadrestraintcanbeadjustedbackandforth,pullthehead
restrainthardtothedesiredposition,thenreleaseit.Whenthe
headrestraintispulledtotheveryfront,itwillrestoretothenal
positionafterrelease.
Bothsidesoftheheadrestraintareadjustable.Rotatebothsides
oftheheadrestrainthardtothedesiredposition,thenreleaseit.
