NOTE: The dust and the flour could provocate misfunctions in the electrical elements of the electric
control box.
VERY IMPORTANT
The regulation of the burner and the proper combustion has to be checked, otherwise soot can be produced,
closing the air flue and creating misfunctions in the oven.
