4. INSTRUCTIONS TO GREASE AND MAINTAIN THE OVEN
IMPORTANT
Maintenance and reparation works should be made by the Official Technical Service SALVA INDUSTRIAL,
S.A..
Daily maintenance
The external parts of the oven should be cleaned applying a soft wet cloth with soft detergent.
Spots and pouring inside and outside the door have to be cleaned with a moistened cloth and dried
up with a clean cloth, for the proper visibility of the product in the baking chamber.
Monthly maintenance
The internal parts of the oven should be cleaned: floor, roof, platform and baking chamber.
NOTE: If this oven is been used continuously without stop, the internal parts of the oven has to be
cleaned more than once a month.
The axis of the casters of the racks should be greased.
Special grease for high temperature appliances, ref. "KLUBERTEMP HB 72-102" should be apply.
6 month period maintenance
(should be made by the Official Technical Service)
The space around the motors should be cleaned.
NOTE: The lack of cleanliness may cause premature failure in the electrical motors.
PARTS TO BE GREASED
Platform bearings.
Hinges and door locks
Rack fastening ball.
