7. FAILURES AND THEIR POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
7.1 ALARM BELL "H2" (BELL WARNING SOUND).
The alarm "H2" goes off when there is a failure in one of the motors.
a) Turn the oven start button to "0".
Check that the electrical supply reaches the control box, RST and N. If not, check the
electrical supply installation
b) Check the circuit breakers and reconnect (reset) them pushing the square black button.
Turn on the oven again.
Check if the electrical power reaches to the motors properly and they rotate correctly (i.e.
they are not blocked).
If, after checking the above points, the problem continues to occur, adjust the intensity of
the thermal relays (this operation should be carried out by our technical assistance
service).
7.2 THE TURBINE, THE PLATFORM AND THE BURNER DO NOT
RUN WHEN THE DOOR IS CLOSED.
a) This could happen because the button 21 (stop and centre the rack) has been pushed
accidentally. Open and close the door.
b) If the problem is not resolved, switch on the door micro switch, leaving it activated.
c) If the problem is resolved when the door micro switch is activated, this should be readjusted.
d) If nothing works after adjusting the door micro switch, this should be replaced.
