7.3 THE PLATFORM STOPS AT AN OFFSET POSITION FROM THE
DOOR, SO THAT THE RACK CANNOT PUT IN OR TAKE OUT FROM
THE BAKING CHAMBER
a) This problem could happen, if the door has been opened without pushing the stop and centre the
rack button (21) before. In this case, the door should be closed, push the stop and centre the rack
button (21), and open the door after the rack has been stopped in the proper position to take it out
from the oven.
b) Readjust the position of the cam which controls the platform micro switch.
7.4 THE BURNER IS NOT RUNNING WHEN THE BAKING CHAMBER
TEMPERATURE IS LESS THAN THE SET AT THE CONTROL PANEL.
When working with temperatures approximately 572ºF (300ºC), it is possible that the safety
thermostat cuts off the electrical supply to the burner. The safety thermostat does not allow the oven
to reach excessive temperatures in the combustion chamber. When the temperature in the
combustion chamber gets below the safety temperature again, the oven will restart working properly.
7.5 MISFUNCTIONS OF STEAM OPERATION
a) Lack of steam:
Check if water reaches to the oven, with recommended pressure: 1,5 and 2,5 Kg/cm2
Check the programmation of the steam time in the control panel.
Check that the electrical power reaches to the solenoid valve (24V).
Check the door micro switch.
