3.1 Start-up
NOTICE
Open the restriction (1.2) used to adjust the
flow rate before starting up the regulator.
Fill the plant slowly.
CAUTION!
When pressure-testing the pipelines with the
regulator installed, the test pressure must not
exceed 1.5 times the nominal pressure.
