STEP 1: Please call one of our friendly Customer Service reps at 1-800-372-6766
(1-800-3SAMSON) from 9 A.M. to 5
P.M.
(Eastern). They'll be happy to issue you a Return
Authorization Number.
Sorry, we can't accept any Samson Audio product for service without a Return Authorization
Number.
STEP 2: If possible, please pack the product in its original carton.
STEP 3: Send the product to: Samson Technologies Corp., 45 Gilpin Avenue, Hauppauge, NY
11788-8816.
You
must include your return address. The Return
Authorization
Number
must
be
clearly
displayed on
the
outside
of
the
carton. Any package received
without
a Return
Authorization Number
will
be refused.
Shipping
and Service charges:
Service
covered
under
warranty: The customer will pay for shipping to Samson or the
authorized service center. Samson will pay for shipping back to the customer. Repair costs will be
paid for by Samson.
Out-of-warranty service: All shipping and repair costs are the responsibility of the customer.
