3. LENS CONTROL
(1) OIS ADJUSTMENT
- When you adjust the OIS function which have a OIS lens, you can adjust it.
- How to adjust
Attach the Lens and follow the below step.
From the TEST MODE, select LENS CONTROL → select OIS ADJUSTMENT → Press the OK button.
* Caution : Do not move the camera during the adjustment process.
(2) ZOOM WIDE SET and ZOOM TELE SET
- When you adjust the position of zoom position, you can use it.
(It is required to adjust the process when replacing PCB inside lens or installing the Mount.)
- How to adjust
Attach the Lens and follow the below step.
From the TEST MODE, select LENS CONTROL → select ZOOM WIDE SET→ set the zoom to the Wide. → Press the OK button.
(Repeat the above steps for ZOOM TELE SET.)
* Caution : Do not move the camera during the adjustment process.
8-3 CIS TILT Adjustment
■ Proceed CMOS Tilt adjustment after replacing CMOS ASSY.
<How to Adjust>
1. Set the CIS Tilt adjustment tools. (Kyoritsu (RSM-5000))
2. Once you press the Start button, Tilt adjustment will complete automatically.
3. After adjustment completion, Apply glue on 3 screws to x the screw position as illustrated in Fig. 8-2.
<Adjustment Result>
Adjust specication for Mount side and FLANGE BACK side : 25.55mm(-35mm/+15mm)
Adjust specication for CMOS sensor TILT side from center: -30um/+30um
* Caution : The above three screws for NX10/5/11, NX100, NX200 and NX300 may vary in model.
