Why does my Samsung POWERbot SR2AK9350W POWERbot suction power is weak?
    • H
      hurstdevonAug 23, 2025
Weak suction power could be due to several reasons. If the "Filter inspection indicator" is on, turn off the emergency switch and clean the dustbin. If the dustbin is too full, empty it. Also, check if the intake on the bottom of the POWERbot is blocked; if so, turn off the emergency switch and remove any foreign matter. A sudden increase in noise may also indicate a full dustbin, so empty it.

What to do if my Samsung POWERbot SR2AK9350W POWERbot has stopped during cleaning?
    • K
      Kara Fernandez DDSAug 25, 2025
If your POWERbot stops during cleaning, it could be due to a few reasons. If "Lo" is displayed on the panel, the battery is low, so charge it at the docking station. If it's stuck on an obstacle like a cord, move it away. If fabric or string is caught in a drive wheel, turn off the emergency switch and remove it.

Why does a connection cut between the SmartThings App and the POWERbot suddenly occurs during normal operation of the app?
    • D

A connection cut may occur if the POWERbot is too far from the wireless router. Try resetting both the POWERbot and your smartphone, and check the connection again. If the connection cuts occur repeatedly, try registering the product again. Also, if the SSID/password of the wireless router has changed, re-register the product.
