6. Set valve cork of both liquid side and gas side of packed
valve to the open position.
7. Mount the valve stem nuts and the service port cap to the
valve, and tighten them at the torque of 18N
.
m with a
torque wrench.
8. Check for gas leakage.

At this time, especially check for gas leakage from 3-way
valve’s stem nuts, and from the service port cap.
