Optical components adjustments procedure
Adjustment optical components location
When adjusting optical component, adjust each
adjustment item in numerical order.
Incorrect adjustment steps may produce improper
adjustment. The items adjusted correctly can be
omitted from the steps.
(1) Back focus of LCD panel adjustment.
(2) Integrator-lens-in 1 adjustment. (turn)
(3) Integrator-lens-in 2 adjustment. (up / down)
(4) Integrator-lens-out adjustment. (left / right)
(5) Condenser-lens adjustment.
(6) Relay-lens adjustment.
(7) Convergence adjustment.
(8) Prism PBS adjustment.
(9) Polarized glass adjustment. (Contrast adjustment)
(10) Optical filter adjustment. (Contrast adjustment)
