Hardware Tests
Purpose
Hardware tests are performed to check
whether the system communication
with internal and external devices
functions properly. These tests are not
elementary hardware tests.
The following device elements
can be tested:
– SBI communication
– Internal printer (optional)
– Digital I/O communications port
– Heater test
– Heater adjustment
Activating Hardware Tests

1. Prepare the test connector Connect T+D (pin 2) with

2. Select “Hardware tests” see above
3. Select “Test interfaces” function

At the end of the test, the result
is displayed: Test error or: Test OK
(in this case, Test error)
(the test is repeated continuously)
