Drain the cooling water as described in
Ä
Chapter 3.5 ‘Draining and
refilling cooling water’ on page 13.
2. Loosen the hexagon head screws and remove the bursting disc
together with the gasket.
Do not adjust the spacer bolt. The spacer bolt is pre-
adjusted and sealed according to the burst pressure.
3. Dispose of the bursting disc and its gasket in an environmentally sound
manner.
4. Clean the sealing surface on the cooler housing. Do not damage the
sealing surface.
5. Install a new bursting disc with a new gasket. First install the gasket
and then the bursting disc on the cooler housing.
6. Tighten the bursting disc flange with four hexagon head screws.
