Check your state laws. Riding without a helmet
may be punishable by law.

Riders without helmets are more likely to 
severe bodily injury or die if they are in an accident.

Check that your helmet complies with safety
specifications, permits good vision, is the right size
for your head, and carries a  label
indicating that it conforms to the standards in force
in your state. Road  laws  from state to
state. Learn about  laws in your state before
riding and always obey them.
Rider's training
Accidents are frequently due to inexperience.
Riding, manoeuvres and braking must be 



death.
Apparel

made from leather or abrasion-resistant
material and have high-visibility colours and
