8.2 Change the adapter plate
The following figure shows the adapter plate:
To prevent screws from loosening, secure the screws [3] that are used to attach the
adapter plate [2] for size DR63/eDR63 motors using LOCTITE
®
or a similar substance.
8.3 Greasing the backstop
The backstop is greased at the factory with the corrosion protection low-viscosity grease
Mobil LBZ. If you want to use another grease, make sure it complies with NLGI class
00/000 with a base oil viscosity of 42 mm
2
/s at 40 °C on a lithium saponified and mineral
oil base. The application temperature range is -50 °C to +90 °C. See the following table
for the amount of grease required.
