How to switch between an audio signal and
a video signal
When the function button is pressed, a different input signal can be
selected.
To select the unit connected to the DVD 1 socket
Press the DVD 1/VCR 1 button repeatedly to make "DVD 1" appear.
To select the unit connected to the VCR 1/AUX 1 sockets
Press the DVD 1/VCR 1 button repeatedly to make "VCR 1" appear.
To select the unit connected to the DVD 2 socket
Press the DVD 2/VCR 2 button repeatedly to make "DVD 2" appear.
To select the unit connected to the VCR 2/AUX 2 sockets
Press the DVD 2/VCR 2 button repeatedly to make "VCR 2" appear.
Note:
When a function other than DVD 1, VCR 1, DVD 2 or VCR 2 is
selected, the video monitor output is not available.
Before plugging in or unplugging the headphones, make
sure the volume level is reduced.
Be sure your headphones have a 3.5 mm (1/8") diameter
plug and are between 16 ohms and 50 ohms impedance.
The recommended impedance is 32 ohms.
When headphones are connected, the speakers are dis-
connected automatically. Adjust the VOLUME control for
the desired volume.
Note:
It is not possible to use the Normal/Phantom or Dolby
Digital surround modes when using your headphones.
When headphones are connected to the headphone
socket, the Normal/Phantom mode will be cancelled. (The
NORMAL and PHANTOM buttons will not work.)
