• Clicking or ticking sound may be audible when
the unit is generating ions.
• Dust may block the fi lter, clean the fi lter.

Replace with new Plasmacluster Ion Generating
Unit

• If the replacement period of the unit is passed,
the Unit Replacement Light (red) fl ashes rapidly
and the operation is stopped. (See E-12)
• Plasmacluster Ions are not released.
• Clean the electrode section of the unit.

installed correctly? Remove the unit, fully
inserted again and press the Operation Button.

Failure
Unplug and contact the store you purchased or
SHARP service centre.
• Is a AC Adapter inserted properly?
Insert AC Adapter correctly.
• It takes approx. 2 seconds for power distribution
after the plug is inserted in the outlet.

Other indication
• If you operate the product at “FULL POWER”,
the AC adapter becomes hot. However, it is not
a failure.
• If it is abnormally hot, stop the operation and
pull out the AC adapter from an outlet and
contact the store you purchased the product or
SHARP service centre.
