  Wrinkles may appear in the paper, or the image may disappear in places when using your Sharp All in One Printer if: * The paper is outside of the specified size and weight range. Use copy paper within the specified range. * The paper is curled or damp. Do not use curled or crimped paper. Replace with dry copy paper. During periods when the machine is not used for a long time, remove the paper from the tray and store it in a dark place in a bag to prevent moisture absorption.

  If part of the image is cut off or there is too much blank space when copying with your Sharp All in One Printer, it could be because: * The original was not placed in the correct position. Place the original correctly. * An appropriate ratio was not used for the size of the original and the size of the paper. Press the [ZOOM] key to change the ratio to a setting that is suitable for the original and the copy paper. * The size of paper loaded in the tray was changed without changing the tray's paper size setting. Be sure to change the tray's paper size setting whenever you change the size of paper loaded in the tray.

  The error indicator on your Sharp All in One Printer may be blinking due to several reasons: * A paper misfeed has occurred. Remove the misfeed as explained in "MISFEED REMOVAL". * The cover is open. Close the cover. * The document feeder cover is open. Close the document feeder cover. * The toner cartridge is empty. Replace the toner cartridge with a new one. The machine will not operate when the indicator blinks. * [F2-02] appears. Check the toner cartridge and make sure that the seal is not still affixed. Turn the power switch off, wait about 10 seconds, and then turn it on again. If this does not clear the error, remove the power cord from the outlet, and contact your authorised service representative.

  The message 'CHECK SPF/RSPF. START TO RESUME.' on your Sharp All in One Printer indicates that an original remains on the document glass, or the original is too thick to scan. Remove the original. If the message is not cleared when there is no original on the document glass, clean the underside of the RSPF, especially areas where black lines appear.
