™ Loading the batteries for ie remote
- control:
1 Remove the battery compartment cover.
2 Insert 2 UM-4 or RO3 batteries into the battery compartment.
@ Placing the batteries in the remote control the wrong way
round can cause malfunctions.
3 Replace the battery compartment cover.
Precautions for battery use
@ Insert the batteries according to the polarity indicated in the
battery compartment.
@ Replace all batteries with new ones at the same time.
@ Remove the batteries if weak or if the unit is not in use.
@ Don’t mix normal batteries with Ni-Cd, alkaline, or other types.
= Proper use of the remote control
Aim (within range of 60° with no obstacles) the remote control at
the remote control sensor and operate as shown.

@ Replace the batteries if control disinee decréasés or ope-
ration becomes erratic.
@ Periodically clean the transmitter window | on the remote
control.and the sensor on the main unit with soft cloth.
@ Exposing the sensor on. the main unit to strong light can
interfere with operation. Change lighting or the direction of
the unit.
@ Keep the remote control away from moisture, excessive heat,
shock, and vibrations.
@ The remote control's usable range is between 0.2 m (0.7 feet)
and 6 m (20 feet) away from the sensor.
