Measure TL8016 with an oscilloscope (vertical sync signal
check).
Is the vertical sync signal normal? NO Go to "Input signal setting check".

Measure TL8015 with an oscilloscope (horizontal sync signal
check).
Is the horizontal sync signal normal? NO Go to "Input signal setting check".

Are the horizontal and vertical sync signals sent to R8030 and
TL8029?
NO IC8010 is defective.

Is the specified clock (1.6 MHz) sent to Q8002 (B)? NO IC8010 is defective.

Feed the S-VIDEO signal to INPUT5.
Select INPUT5 by using the panel key
or remote control.
Is a picture sent? NO Go to "VIDEO sync signal check". Execute the process adjustment.
