he values specified in this chapter only apply for a deviation of 0 mm between
the sensor and actuator (marking nibs on sensor and actuator).
If the sensor approaches the actuator in parallel, a minimum distance between
the sensor and actuator must be maintained due to the side lobes required due to
the principle.
