The correct setting for URV:
URV =
[(PV–LRV) * 100 / actual level in %] + LRV]
[(37–12.5) * 100 / 45] +12.5
= 66.94 pF
When calculating the URV, best results are achieved when using the highest possible actual level.

LC300 requires no regular maintenance or cleaning.
Note
Build
-up of material on the active shield area has little or no effect on the performance of the
LC300.

6.19 Unit repair and excluded liability
All changes and repairs must be done by qualified personnel, and applicable safety
regulations must be followed. Please note the following:
• The user is responsible for all changes and repairs made to the device.
• All new components must be provided by Siemens Milltronics Process Instruments Inc.
• Restrict repair to faulty components only.
• Do not re-use faulty components.
