23 June 2009 through 12 July 2009 are exception days (e.g. vacation).
-(Start) Date = *,23.12.00 / -End date = *,31.12.00
23–31 December is an exception period each year. End date = *,01.01.00 does not
work here, since 1 January is before 23 December.

23 December 2009 through 1 January 2010 are exception days.
