Status
The Status menu provides information about device configuration. You can also display
information on the following topics.
General information
Operating mode: Operating mode of the Gigaset WLAN Repeater. You
can set the mode using Operating Mode (see
page 74).
Access point name: Use Network – LAN to change the name (see page 83).
SSID: Set SSID. Use Network – Wireless Network to change
the SSID (see page 88)
Channel: Set channel. Use Network – Wireless Network to
change the channel (see page 88)
IP address: Local IP address of the Gigaset WLAN Repeater
(see page 83)
Subnet mask: Network subnet mask (see page 83)
DHCP server: Shows whether the DHCP server is active. If it is active,
the Gigaset WLAN Repeater automatically assigns the IP
address to all the PCs in its local network that have
Obtained automatically set in their network configu-
ration (see page 83).
Connected clients: Shows how many PCs are currently being supplied with
IP addresses as DHCP clients by the Gigaset WLAN
Repeater.
MAC address: MAC address of the Gigaset WLAN Repeater
Runtime code version: Procedure firmware version
