Step by Step
Transferring a call
If the person you are conversing with wishes to be
transferred to one of your colleagues, you can transfer
the call to this third party.
Extending the call with prior announcement:
Confirm.
US:
Select and confirm.
E
Call the other party and inform him or her that the wait-
ing user wishes to be put through.
I
Replace the handset. The two users are connected to
each other.
Extending the call without prior announcement:
Select and confirm.
E
Enter the number of the desired party.
I
Replace the handset.
Consultation?
Start transfer?
Start transfer?
If a connection is not set up between the other
two parties within 40 seconds, you are recalled.
You are then connected to the first party again.
