Applications
The optiPoint Basic and Extension Conference kits are complementary equip-
ment to the optiPoint telephone with the optiPoint acoustic adapter (S30817-
K7110-B508).
For the optiPoint Basic and Extension Conference kit, only the supplied (or sep-
arately available) conference loudspeakers and conference microphones are
permitted. These were espoecially developed for the optiPoint Conference Kit.
Assembly and Start-up
Requirements: As manufactured, the optiPoint acoustic adapter is already ap-
proved for optiPoint telephones.
The illustration below shows how to connect the individual components.
Warning: The Y cable (L36453-Z5-C199) for direct connection with the
active loudspeaker (L30460-X1278-X) and desktop microphone (L30460-
X1279-X) are not needed here. The active loudspeaker and desktop mi-
crophone with direct connection mentioned above cannot be used with
the optiPoint Conference Kit.
