Analogue Inputs
The device functionality is dependent on the analogue input configuration.
7SR542 devices are used with 2-winding transformers. These have 8 CT inputs and optionally 4 VT inputs.
7SR543 devices are used with 2 of 3-winding transformers. These have 12 CT inputs and optionally 4 VT
inputs.
The measuring inputs (current and voltage inputs) for each function are parametrized in the Device
Configuration > CT/VT settings menu, see 3.3 CT and VT Inputs .
Typical analogue input connections for a 7SR5421 two winding transformer protection device is summarized
in Figure 2-1.
