"Detailed information on installed connection technology" adhesive label
This adhesive label accompanies the various terminals. At this time, 3VA UL molded case
circuit breakers can only be ordered without preassembled connection technology, i.e.
connection terminals or terminal bars for the incoming and outgoing sides must be ordered
separately for each circuit breaker. The adhesive label shown below is enclosed with the
terminals in duplicate.
An area is kept free on the left side of the accessory cover for the purpose of attaching the
adhesive label. The user thus always has all relevant information on the installed connection
technology of the circuit breaker concerned.
The adhesive label contains the following information:
Unique brief terminal designation
Permitted cable materials CU/AL with rated temperature
Tightening torque in pound-inch (lb-in) and newton meter (Nm)
Permitted cable diameter in AWG/kcmil and mm
