3. Use "Reboot" to start the selection process for restart the HMI device.
The following alarm is displayed:
4. To restart the HMI device, press "Reboot".
All unsaved data are lost when you reboot.
5. To set the HMI device to the mode for bootstrapping, press "Prepare for Restart".
6. To cancel the restart of the HMI device, press "NO".
Result
The HMI device restarts.
If you select "Prepare for Reset", you can reset the HMI device to factory settings with
ProSave or WinCC. If you do not reset the HMI device to the factory settings, the HMI device
restarts after 10 minutes.
