3.3.9 Switching on and testing the HMI device
Procedure
Proceed as follows:
1. Switching on the power supply.
The screen lights up after power is switched on. An animated graphic is displayed during
startup.
If the HMI device fails to start, you have probably crossed the wires on the power supply
terminal. Check the connected wires and change their connection. The Loader opens
after the operating system has started.
The HMI device automatically switches to "Transfer" mode during initial startup under the
following conditions:
– No project is loaded on the HMI device.
– At least one data channel has been configured.
During this process the following dialog appears:
2. Press "Cancel" to stop the transfer.
