4.3.2 Control Panel
The HMI device's Control Panel is similar to the control panel on a PC.
The following figure shows the Control Panel with an open dialog:
① Menu
② Discard entries and close dialog
③ Apply entries and close dialog
You can modify the following settings in the Control Panel:
● Date and time
● Time server
● Screen saver
● Regional settings
● Transfer settings
● Network settings
● PROFINET settings
● Delay time
● Password
Opening the Control Panel
You open the Control Panel using a button in the loader.
You can also open the Control Panel from the running project. To do this, configure the
"OpenControlPanel" system function on an operating element event, for example, on a
button.
