Check / delete settings
Check the current setting with the following command:
bridge link
The bridge is now also visible via the following commands:

ip address
●
ip link
To delete the setting, enter the following command:
ip link delete br0
Result
The virtual Ethernet interface and the HW Ethernet interface are combined to form a bridge.
The runtime communication interface becomes visible in the external network. The CPU can
be reached from STEP 7. If the clients are configured accordingly, the Web server and the
OPC UA server are also accessible.
To establish a remote connection from an external OPC UA client to the OPC UA Server or
the Web server, make the settings on the external Client PC as described under "Configuring
the Client PC (Page 51)".
