5 Rotate the encoder shaft together with the coupling
element ① into a position so that the dierent widths
of the coupling element slide into the matching lugs of
the motor shaft ②.
6 Place the encoder on the motor so that the recess in the
encoder housing ① ts onto the lugs at the motor
housing ②.
7 Tighten the two M4 xing screws that x the encoder.
The maximum tightening torque is 3 Nm.
8 Remove the gap llers ① and ②
Clean the surfaces to remove any residue.
